Price and license

$49 named-user commercial license, with perpetual use of the purchased major version and twelve months of updates for that major version. Bounded supported-workflow assistance is proposed; its terms are below.

Perpetual purchased-major use does not mean indefinite updates, all future major versions, future OS compatibility or a perpetual hosting guarantee. Final license text, entitlement delivery and recovery still need acceptance.

Trial and refund

A 14-day full-workflow trial, no card required and no export watermark. It is not implemented yet.

A 30-day voluntary refund, alongside applicable statutory rights. It is not an active offer until sales open, and provider and legal review of the wording is still required.

Bounded help, not bespoke recovery

Proposed 12-month assistance is limited to the supported workflow. Response times, contact method, diagnostic handling and final bounds are not selected. No ticket cap has been selected.

Arbitrary malformed-input recovery, custom ETL, integrations and future OS support are not promised. Customer support starts when sales open; until then, product questions can go to hello@prooftable.app. Please don’t email private files.

Privacy draft

This site has no forms, analytics, tracking scripts, remote fonts, uploads or accounts. Its hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes standard connection information, such as IP addresses, to serve pages. If you email us, Cloudflare forwards the message, and we receive your address and message and use them only to reply. A future commerce provider would process transaction information; it and its disclosures will be listed here before sales open.

The development build keeps file processing on your computer and has no customer-data telemetry. This describes the design, not a privacy certification. Local snapshots and export artifacts can contain sensitive data. Licensing/update network behavior and any future diagnostic-sharing policy need separate acceptance.

Maintenance and serious defects

Packaging, updates, license recovery and a serious-defect response procedure are not operating services. Supported versions, measured compatibility, distribution obligations and maintenance capacity must be accepted before release. There is no indefinite patch or future-major promise.

Can I buy or start a trial now?

No. See the development status.

Will it repair any CSV?

No. Its strict scope rejects unresolved grammar and width problems, rather than silently recovering them.

Will export preserve the original bytes?

No. Serialization may change byte layout. Selected edits change field strings, while export targets a new copy.

Is it universally spreadsheet-safe?

No. Downstream spreadsheets may interpret formula-looking strings. Protection mode is deferred; see the formula boundary.
